Celebration Dinner
The celebration dinner marking the 10th anniversary of the formation of the Rovers Supporters Group took place at the Willerby Manor Hotel on Saturday 20th January 2007.
The event was compered by Harry Gration, who managed to keep the event flowing smoothly along with some witty comments, as he introduced each section.
The event opened with a few words from Colin Hutton about the recently departed Peter 'Flash' Flanagan and also to send best wishes from Roger Millward.
Following that a dvd which highlighted Rovers history since the formation of the RSG and up to the present day, which included excerpts from 'Trouble at the Top', the Supporters March and the Grand Final at Warrington, and listed the contribution the RSG as made in the signing of numerous players over the years was shown. The commentary on the DVD was expertly done by the doyen of commentators Rob Chadwick. The DVD ended with those immortal words by Tim Wilby 'There'll be no Rovers when the season ends'.

The meal was given a blessing by the Rev. John Leeman, a raffle held at the event raised over £1000. A number of shirts worn by Rovers through-out the ten year period was also on display, along with the Grand Final trophy.

The celebration concluded with a full night of entertainment featuring ‘Pure Silk’ the areas top party band and a disco.

Raffles
The first raffle of the season will take place in the Robins Nest before the match against Bradford Bulls on January 21st.
